ChatMew is run by Shaurya Infosoft Pvt Ltd, H-221, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("we"). By creating an account or using ChatMew you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use ChatMew
You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement. One person, one account — no impersonation and no accounts made for someone else.
Your behaviour
You're responsible for what you say and share. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break them. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content (such as nudity, sexual content, hate, threats or harassment) and for abusive users: reported content is reviewed and removed, and the accounts behind it are suspended or banned, within 24 hours of a report.
Your content
You own what you post. You give ChatMew a limited licence to host, show and process it so the app can work (for example, delivering your message or running a voice room).
Coins and payments
- What coins are. Coins are a digital item you use inside ChatMew for calls, gifts, voice-room mics and other features. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be moved outside ChatMew.
- Buying coins. Coins come in packs at the prices shown in the app before you pay (see Pricing). You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through our payment partner Razorpay, or through Google Play. On iPhone, coins are bought only through Apple's App Store (in-app purchase), and Apple's terms for App Store purchases also apply. Prices are in Indian rupees.
- Delivery. Coins are added to your ChatMew wallet within seconds of a successful payment. Nothing is shipped (see Shipping & Delivery).
- Offers and coupons. Some packs carry an offer or a coupon for a limited time or a limited number of purchases. The terms shown with the offer apply.
- Refunds. Failed, double and undelivered payments are handled as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
- Misuse. Coins bought or earned through fraud, chargebacks or by breaking these terms may be removed.
The app itself
We work hard to keep ChatMew running, but it's provided "as is". We may change, pause or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what other users say or do.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Support and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first: in the app (Me → Help & support) or at support@chatmew.com. We reply within 2 working days and try to solve every problem with you directly. Complaints can also go to our Grievance Officer (see the Contact page).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
