Nothing is shipped
ChatMew sells only digital coins for use inside the ChatMew app. There are no physical products, so nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
How coins are delivered
- Coins are added to the ChatMew wallet of the account you bought them on, within seconds of a successful payment.
- You see the new balance in the app (Wallet) straight away.
- Delivery works anywhere the ChatMew app works; you only need to be signed in.
If your coins don't arrive
Sometimes a bank or UPI app confirms a payment a little late. If your coins aren't in your wallet 30 minutes after paying, contact us in the app (Me → Help & support) or at support@chatmew.com with the payment reference. We add the coins or refund the payment, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
